1. User Summary

We tested Paid24:7 with six users from varying backgrounds. Some were crypto veterans (buying/trading crypto for years), while others were novices (struggling with terms like “wallet,” “verification,” or even “IBAN”). All had used conventional payment apps (PayPal, Revolut, WeChat, or Twint) and repeatedly compared Paid24:7’s features to those familiar platforms.

Despite differences, testers converged on key expectations:

• Instant, frictionless transfers – especially across borders.
• Clear, guided onboarding – minimal confusion or jargon.
• Trust & security – reassurance about personal data and funds.
• Unique differentiator – a reason to adopt Paid24:7 over existing mainstream apps.
